The objective of this Regulation is to set the rules and principles of the structure to be established in order to prevent the entrance, transport and spread of harmful organisms to and from abroad through wood packaging materials concerning the Norms Regulating the Wood Packaging Materials in International Trade published in June 2002 by the Secretariat of International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) of FAO to which Turkey is a party.
