This Decree comprises the technical arrangements, standards, compliance assessments and audits which would apply to imported and export products; the liabilities of importers and exporters; the authorities and responsibilities of the establishments that are engaged in the control of foreign trade products as well as the customs administrations; the sanctions that would apply and; the notification regarding such matters.
