An additional obligation charge shall be applied as safeguard measure for the importation of "Wallpaper and similar wallcoverings" of heading 48.14 for 3 years period. A tariff quota has been made available for these goods originating in the countries listed in this Decree, in order for those countries to be exempted from the provisional safeguard measure.
