Additional customs duty shall be applied on import of the product, name and customs tariff statistical position number (HS Code) of which is laid down in the table below:

Trunks, suitcases, vanity cases, executive-cases, briefcases, school satchels, spectacle cases, binocular cases, camera cases, musical instrument cases, gun cases, holsters and similar containers; travelling-bags, insulated food or beverages bags, toilet bags, rucksacks, handbags, shopping-bags, wallets, purses, map-cases, cigarettecases, tobacco-pouches, tool bags, sports bags, bottle-cases, jewellery boxes, powder boxes, cutlery cases and similar containers, of leather or of composition leather, of sheeting of plastics, of textile materials, of vulcanised fibre or of paperboard, or wholly or mainly covered with such materials or with paper |
Additional customs duty rates that shall apply for the said items starting from 20.Jun.2015, are set out in the annexed table of the aforementioned Decree. Along with additional customs duty rates, there are minimum and maximum lump sum amounts also set out in that table. This Decree covers the implementation details.
Exceptional implementation details (e.g. importation from EU countries or from the countries of a diagonal cumulation of origin system, Inward Processing case and exportation of the said goods to European Union countries) are also covered in the Decree.
