It has been decided, following an anti-dumping investigation initiated with the Communiqué on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (No: 2013/8), to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of "Yarns, of polyesters" originating in the People’s Republic of China, Malaysia and India. The measures took the form of an ad valorem duty which differs on basis of producer companies located in the said countries. This Communiqué covers the followings:

- Like product
- Parties concerned by the investigation
- Determinations relating to dumping
- Normal value for countries operating under market economy principles, and for others
