The objective of this Regulation is to specify minimum technical and hygienic requirements for work places dealing with foods in order for the provision of food safety and good quality. It also specifies the principles and procedures relating to inspecting/control services and responsibilities of work places for the purpose of ensuring compliance of foods and materials and articles which come into contact with foodstuffs, to Turkish food legislation.
