The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate the principles and procedures regarding with the establishment, running and liabilities as well as inspection of the state institutions and organizations and industrial enterprises owned by real and legal persons producing war weapons, vehicles, equipment, ammunition and explosives. Following subjects are covered in the Regulation:
- The Control List, relating to war weapons, vehicles and equipment and spare parts and explosives thereof and relating technologies which are subject to inspection
- Establishment requirements for enterprises to produce weapons
- Production Permission requirements
- Selling Permission requirements
- Exportation or taking out of the country of such articles
- Importation or bringing into the country of such articles
- End-User Certificate
