Communiqué on the Standardization of Foreign Trade N. 2007/12 on Determining the Notification Principles for Cosmetic products.

The cosmetic products that shall be imported must be safe and in compliance with the Cosmetics Regulation of 23/5/2005. The importer or the representative shall apply to the Ministry of Health or its Provincial Health Directorates in order to report the cosmetic products that are to be introduced to the market first time.
