Standardization for Foreign Trade Communiqué on Regulating the Controls of Personal Protective Equipments for Importation (No: 2007/11)

For the importation of the Protective Clothing Hardware Equipments, the importer or her representative shall prepare the Application Form and submit it to the related Auditors Group Chairmanship of Standardization in Foreign Trade. In case the goods comply with the related Legislation and safety requirements a certificate of compliance will be given to the importer or her representative to be presented to the customs.
