Industrial Zones Act No. 4737

The purpose of this Act is to lay down rules for the establishment, management and operation of industrial zones with a view to promoting investments, attracting savings of Turkish laborers working abroad to the investments in Turkey , and increasing the flow of foreign capital into Turkey.
