The customs administrations shall require the submission of the Letter of Conformity of Ministry of Trade, for the registration of the Customs Entry Declaration of valuable papers like banknotes when they are to be subject to Release for Free Circulation Procedure, Inward Processing Procedure, Outward Processing Procedure and Temporary Import Procedure.
