The purpose of this Communiqué is to regulate principles and procedures for the inspection of the consumer products laid down in Annex 1 with regard to their conformity to the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Permission and Restriction of Chemicals and the Communiqué on Conformity Controls for Certain Consumer Products

All procedures relating to import inspections of these products shall be done via TAREKS and in accordance with the risk analysis.

Certain consumer products covered in this Communiqué, fall in the scope of the following headings in Turkish Customs Tariff Schedule:
