This Communiqué lays down the principles and procedures regarding the inspection of the import products laid down in the list in Annex 1, using risk based inspection system, to see whether they comply with the requirements of the regulations specified therein, and their withdrawal, correction and disposal. Related Regulations:
- Regulation on Limitations Relating to Production, Placing on the Market and Usage of Certain Dangerous Substances, Preparations and Articles which was issued on 26.Dec.2008 dated and 27092 (bis.) numbered Official Journal
- Regulation on Naming of Textile Products (96/74/EC as amended by 2004/34/EC and 97/37/EC) which was issued on 12.Aug.2005 dated and 25901 numbered Official Journal
- Regulation on Labeling of the Materials Used in the main Components of Footwear for Sale to the Consumer (94/11/EC) which was issued on 09.Aug.2005 dated and 25901 numbered Official Journal by the Ministry of Industry and Trade
