The purpose of this Regulation is to lay down the requirements for authorized economic operator status, documents to be submitted in applications, the principles and procedures for issuance of the certificate, validity, renewal, revision, suspension, revocation and cancelation of the certificate as well as authorized consignor, approved exporter status under this certificate, under-declaration, partial guarantee, lump-sum guarantee, facilitations towards security and safety as well as suspension, revocation and cancelation of authorization to experience these practices and facilitations, and other simplified practices arising out of customs regulations.
