Communiqué on Import Inspection of Tobacco, Tobacco Products, Alcohol and Alcoholic Beverages (Product Safety and Inspection: 2012/19)

The purpose of this Communiqué is to regulate the principles and procedures with regard to the conformity certification regarding market security and health, documentation, notification and inspection of the products, laid down in the attached lists (tobacco, tobacco products, alcohol and alcoholic beverages), in importation thereof.
