Certain Agricultural Products (laid down in Annex to this Communiqué) are in the scope of products which are mandatory to be up to specific standards with respect to quality compliance with the commercial quality on exportation. This Communiqué lays down principles and procedures relating to risk based inspections of these products with respect to quality compliance with the commercial quality standards.
