Communiqué on Import Inspection of Products that are Subject to Special Permission from the Ministry of Health (Product Safety and Inspection: 2012/4)

The purpose of this Communiqué is to regulate the principles and procedures with regard to the conformity inspection regarding the human health and safety, in import of the products and preparations laid down in Annex 1, for which special permission is required from the Ministry of Health.
