The purpose of this Communiqué is to regulate the principle and procedures relating to the risk based inspections in imports by using electronic media, of products with Hs Codes laid down in Annex 1, in order to see whether they comply with the provisions of Used Batteries And Accumulators Control Regulation which was issued on 31.Aug.2004 dated and 25569 numbered Official Journal.
