Objective of this Regulation is, in order to protect environment and human health, to prevent waste from vehicles, to reduce the disposal of waste by means of reusing, recycling and other forms of recovery of end-of-life vehicles and their components, to lay down standards and obligations which economic operators and temporary storage areas are subject to.
