This Communiqué lays down the principles and procedures regarding the inspection of certain textile and apparel products to see that they comply with the requirements laid down in 29.Dec.1994 dated and 15488 numbered Circular of the Ministry of Health on Azo Dye Substances and Aryl Amines on Leather and Textile Products, using risk based inspection system, their withdrawal, correction and disposal.
