Communiqué amending 2009/4 numbered Standardization of Foreign Trade Communiqué on Import of Products that are Subject to Special Permission from the Ministry of Health which was published in 31.Dec.2008 dated and 27097 (bis. 4) numbered O.J. Article 7 (about Non-Covered Product Letter) of the aforesaid Communiqué is amended and certain products are removed from the list laid down in Annex-1 (Products and preparations for which special permission is required) to the same Communiqué.
